Mingli earned her MBA from Loyola Marymount University. With strict institutional training and years of hard work, she is well qualified to streamline the home-buying process, specializing in contract negotiations and protecting her clients throughout the entire transaction. Mingli will tailor-design a real estate investment strategy as she guides her clients through the process of building wealth with real estate investments.

Mingli began her career with Keller Williams, and as a KW agent, she achieved many goals and milestones. In November 2020, Mingli made a major change in her career by investing in a Realty One franchise office in Palos Verdes. The motto of her new venture is "wealth building" and "community service".

Luxury Ocean View Properties are still her passion. With a median sale price of $2 million, billions of dollars in sale volume, Mingli has gained great knowledge and insights into local markets and the community. ADU Design and Build Services are her new passion. With three years of success, she has surrounded herself with a group of highly knowledgeable, skillful professionals for timely and cost-effective ADU projects. Over the years, her portfolio has expanded into commercial real estate.
